Are returns always accepted?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery , provided the items are unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. As we will soon be closing our workshop permanently, please contact our customer service team before sending anything back so we can guide you through the returns process.

Will you be restocking after the sale?

No, this is our final clearance sale. After 37 years of passion for stained glass, Clara is closing her studio for good in 2026. Once stock has run out, each piece will become a unique creation that cannot be found anywhere else.

Of course. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link, so you can track the progress of your parcel (please also check your spam folder).
