RETURN POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days after receipt.
For a return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:
1. Complete order
The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
2. Normal handling
Only normal handling of the product is evident. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
3. Hygiene requirements
Products for which hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before the return process is started.
4. Product defect
Any product defect must be identified immediately after receipt.
5. Return shipping costs
We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs.
6. Return processing time
The return will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

2. Information
Please make sure your email includes the following information:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product, in case of damage
Customer’s first and last name
Customer’s address
Wait for instructions
We will contact you and provide the correct return address. Please do not send the product back to the sender. Always wait for the return address that we will provide.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our central warehouse in Asia.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, provided that the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

The cancellation period starts from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, received the last products.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, it is not possible to stop the shipping process once the order has been submitted.
A refund is not possible after receipt of the products unless the products are returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Clara Chelsea, through a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned products. The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer.
ORDERS IN TRANSIT
As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control.
If the products are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them. You may inform us in advance about your cancellation.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us shipping confirmation once the product has been returned.
